Today, inspectors are required to be credentialed. These three items should be part of the medical gas inspection (verification) per the NFPA-99 code:
1) System Design (per code)
2) Equipment Functionality (does it work the way it’s designed?)
3) Cleanliness (Are gases clean and fit to breath)
It is the Verifier’s responsibility to inspect for each of these items. DMI personnel are experienced ASSE 6030 credentialed verifiers. We follow the NFPA-99 code and the ASSE 6000 standard .
We are members of NFPA, ASHE, HESNI and MGPHO.
